Step 1

Slide injured foot into the elastic sleeve. See diagram for left ankle. (For right ankle, turn the support inside-out).

Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3.

Attach the hook fastener onto the support, adjusting the strap to the desired comfort. Seek medical advice if in any doubt about the injury.
